How long does shipping take for international orders?

International shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.

What is your return policy for earphone products?

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. For hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors that have been opened can only be returned if they are found to be defective.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all electronics and audio gear sold at The Hangout come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering internal defects.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further changes.
